The Dwarven trumpets sound through the cold Misty air. The Frostbeards stand on the battlefield, white hair blended with the Blanket of Snow covering the ground. Verthaik Frostbeard, holds before him his mighty ax, wielding it with much might and power. His followers stand closely to his side. Arms up and ready for a fight. To the rebels, nothing could stand in their way, Not the king they call tyrant. As the Small assembly of the Dwarven rebels gather on the mountainside they scream out for justice. But it was not long before Skippy showed up, the King under Dwed Mount. The stark raving mad king is what they called him. Dancing their irritating dance, insulting him to his face. But Skippy was no fool, he was no weakling and they forced his hand. So he had had enough! The king assembled an army five times bigger than that of Verthaik's. Uruks, Oreniers, elves, they sided with Skippy. And the Frostbeards were out of their minds. The Frostbeards were no cowards, no. The bloodline of Vertaik was strong, with Verthaik, his father, and son fighting side by side together they would rule the kingdom. But alas it was not to be, for on that battle field, with the Dwarven trumpets blasting from both sides of the battle field the two armies charged at each other. Blood, Sweat, Tears and agony is what flew about during that charge, for in the final few seconds of sanity Men asked why they were doing this. So after that they were impaled by swords and spears and fiery arrows zooming throw the air with such a speed. Whole generations wiped out from that battle. Nobody could count the number of brothers that had been slated in that day nor could they listen to the shrill cries of women knowing that their father husband and son had.Been killed.

When out flew from him the ax that he held in his hand, the ax that killed so many true enemies, and that had slain brothers, drop to the ground, along with the muscular body of Verthaik, The battle was lost, For when that happened the Frostbeards surrendered. Hopes and dreams of a life without "tyranny" faded. The light of Yemaker was dull that day, for a grave travesty had beset the Dwarves civil war, had divided the Dwarves.
