They both wake up with the shiver of that draft, though the familiar room is nowhere to be found. Shagarath rubs his eyes and sees around him a vast landscape of white rocks and craters. On it lives a plethora of flora and fauna beyond that which exists on the mortal plane. The day.. or night.. is lit by the silver white light of three moons, shining from above them. All is quiet, all is calm, and the shaman steadily stands.

When the girl awakens, a hint of confusion overcomes her. Nothing looks familiar. The room she last remembers being in is nowhere to be seen. A slight frown tugs at her lips as her crimson gaze scans the surrounding area. But it slowly fades away when she sees all of the flora and fauna surrounding them. With a glance at the orc, she slowly stands, looking a bit uncertain still. “...Where are we?”

Staring at the horizon the elder answers “Luaraz relm” he ducks in order to pick up his staff. “Inkredibul, am iet nub?” he asks, looking at the girl with interest in her reaction. After that moment they start to walk, in no particular direction. Sightseeing Luaras realm of moonlight in all its grace. In the distance they hear a voice… a singing voice so soft, so faint.

“Oh…” A faint nod as she continues to look around, the uncertainty completely fading away and becoming replaced by awe. “It’s all so pretty…”

She walks along with him, eyes trailing over everything and taking it all in. Then, once hearing the voice, she pauses. “What’s that?”

“Hmm…” The orc listens, closing both eyes to focus on the hypnotic tune. “Diz wae” He leads on, traveling into a dense moon forest comprised of white bark trees with silver leaves, grey plants and flowers of an infinite amount different shades. They arrive in an opening, a pond with a waterfall. Amidst the cabbeling water sits a nymph-like creature, singing her angelic song.

The small ‘ker continues to listen to the sound, swaying her head a little as she does so. Then she follows after the orc, gazing upon everything around her in awe. She’d never seen anything like this before. And upon coming to the being among the water, she tilts he head to the side, rather curious. “Is that her?”

The orc halts in his tracks, near the edge of the water. He looks at the girl, and then back to the spirit with a soft smile. “ Whai nub azk hur lat’zelf?” He inquires on a hushed tone, wishing not to disturb the singing. The orc seats himself on a solid white rock and lowers his feet into the pond. The water feels cold and refreshing, glowing a dim silver hue akin to that of the light around them.

For a moment, the girl seems hesitant. But she nods at his words and draws closer to the spirit. She’d heard nothing but kind things about Luara. One of her hands lift, toying with the wolf pendant around her neck. A star was held by the wolf. She drops her hand and continues a little closer. “Um.. Are you Luara…?”

The head of the maiden singing turned, eyes empty and shining a bright light as her song continued. The orc behind her smiling, swaying his head left and right on her song, working almost hypnotic. In her song she answers, now in understandable common.

“I am the one they call, maiden of the moon. Protector of her light. The queen of silver might.”

Soon her song ended, and she looked at the child, and then to the orc, offering both her smile.

“Visitors? On this hour?” Her voice as warm as her song.

As the young ‘ker stands there, she too is swaying a little with the song. It’s just so lovely after all.

“So, you are Luara.”

She nods her head, white hair fluttering about her shoulders.

“Yeah, he brought me to see you.” she looks over her shoulder at the orc behind her.

“Is that old one at it again?”  She chuckles, bringing her hand to her lips. She takes a stand from the rock she sat upon and gently tip-toe’s over the waters surface. “Why may I ask?” The spirit then inquired, her illuminated sockets aimed at the shaman.

Clearing his throat he straightened his frame. “I brought her before thee, to show thy Grace. To show her the spirits we praise.”  He concludes, on a soft note: “Education.” To which he lowers his head.

The spirit, manifested in her feminine form too nodded, smiling softly. She now stands near the child, looking down on her. “What is your name, child of ashen skin… with hair of silver white.” Her voice sounds warm and motherly, much to the shamans surprise as he listens closely.

She looks over her shoulder at the orc, then back at the spirit before them. Listening to the two talk back and forth, she watches with a curious expression on her face. Then her crimson gaze falls on the spirit, who is now standing in front of her.

“My name is Ele’ira Des’nox!” A grin spreads across her face, beaming with excitement.

“Much I marvel your bravery, young Ele’ira; Child of the Moon.” She smiles, lowering her light frame next to the child. “You have beautiful hair.” The spirit reaches out a hand, touching the long silver white hair the child has. “Take pride in this gift, for you carry my blessing: Child of the Moon” To which the strain of hair she had touched lights up in the beautiful moonlight.

Meanwhile Shagarath stares at the interaction, slightly surprised and smiling, though slightly on edge... and ready to jump in.

The words make Ele’ira’s grin grow even wider. “Thank you! Haelun says I have the same hair as her maln did when he was alive!” Pride laces her words, showing just how much she enjoyed the trait. A soft sigh escapes her, her grin fading into an expression of awe. “Th...Thank you!” Carefully, she reaches out to touch the glowing strand of hair.

In silence she stands up again and makes her way to the pond. Starting her song once more. Ele would find it most beautiful but also… slowly felt drowsy. The same for the old orc.

Eventually, with the voice of Luara in their heads they fall asleep in the spirit realm.. And awaken in another.

Slowly, Ele blinks as the drowsy feeling envelopes her. It doesn’t take long for her to fall asleep. Some time later, she awakens and scans her surroundings groggily... her tummy rumbles...
