It reads the following:* "For many years our people were spread across the world, far from our lost Homeland, yet I believe that the time has come for us to find a new home. I have set up a Charter for land, and with the help of God and the Empire, we shall build a new settlement for our people where we could preserve our culture and live in peace. I, Magnate Casimir II of House Piast call to all those who could trace their heritage to the Pasnian people to join my endeavor in the City of Johannesburg."
