TO ALL DENIZENS OF AXIOS,

This document serves as the establishment of a national alliance between the Kingdom of the Westerlands and the Silver State of Haelun’or against the forces of Mordring and other necrotics.

 

The terms will persist for the duration of the necrotic threat within the realm, and will be reevaluated following its conclusion.

The Terms of the Gold-Silver Concordat:

☩ Military access between both states, with prior warning of patrols and incursions

☩Westerman access to the Silver City while holding proper identification and following a proper vetting of their sensibilities

☩Right to apprehend necrotics and necrotic sympathizers betwixt state lines, this does not include the right to punish

☩Mutual military assistance in the war against the dead should either state be in a position to send combatants

☩The Okarir’tir of the Silver State and the Warden of the West shall maintain constant channels in devising a Grand Strategy in the War against Mordring

☩A material exchange shall be negotiated on a five year basis to determine the mutual needs of each nation and the changing nature of circumstances
