[Announcement] Temporary Downtime: And We Are Back!

Hello everyone!

 

So as you may or may not be aware, there was a bit of an issue an hour ago which cause a mass amount of players and entities to be /kill-ed. There was confusion among the GM Team when it came to a certain command and that now leaves us here.

 

However! LotC Staff are currently working to fix the issue and we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. We thank you in advance for your patience. Just sit tight and we will be in touch.

So for those of you that have not seen 501's tweet, we are going to be down for a while longer yet. We are hoping to get up off the ground by tomorrow morning. We thank you once more for your patience and bearing with us.

Hello once more everyone.

 

Things are starting to look up once more as Kowaman has gotten the backup logs sent to the other Devs (see Twitter Feed). We are hoping to have the server up and running again in a few hours when an available Dev can roll back the server and get everything sorted.

 

Once again, we are immensely grateful for you all having patience with us and we are working to ensure that you guys can return as soon as possible.

And we are back! We are up and running once more, everyone! Big big shoutout to @Kowaman and @501warhead for all of their work. All player data was restored but, unfortunately, the world data could not be retrieved. So if anyone comes across issues that would not have been there before the massacre, toss up a modreq and the GMs will try to help you as soon as we can. Happy mineman-ing everyone!

 

Edit: It seems item frames and all entities that were loaded have been wiped. If you have something missing, toss up a modreq. Sorry for the inconvenience, folks.

 

Edit #2: Seems armor stands were also wiped. Oh boy.
