Orcs and Elves combined were just as popular. Dwarves and Halflings were also quite popular this month, and even some new Kharajyr. This month, dwarves were almost majoritarily without a subrace. Orcs were quite equally distributed between Uruk, Olog, Goblin and no-subrace. The most popular elvish subrace was the wood elves, followed by almost equally popular dark elves and high elves. Barely anyone on pending were ultimately denied, and a whole ½ of applicants were accepted from the get-go. We’ll be happy to see so many new players on the server. Figure b. Distribution of application results (n=166). Only 3 of the 108 recorded timezones were from the austral-asian area… Sad! American timezone made up ¾ of recorded timezones, unsurprisingly. Figure c. Distribution of accepted player timezones (n=108). Team Data For the majority of the month, we had a 9 member team (not including managers), with a couple members on hiatus. For this amount of staff, the quota remained at 5%, though should have been a bit higher… we will be looking for new members soon! Figure d. Percentage of applications completed by application team members. Total applications, n = 166. Quota noted by red hashed line (5%). Those who did not meet quota were on hiatus for part or all this month - and informed their managers of this. Pieman only just surpassed Imi in application reviews (Vaynth doesn’t count anymore… because she’s a manager!). Team Projects Vaynth, our new manager, is working on re-starting the Tailor’s Guild - this is a group made up by player volunteers which work to make skins for new players and are subsidised/rewarded by the staff with a standard minas per skin.
