Pinned against various posts and board along the city reads the following missive:

14th of Sun’s Smile, 1622

By vote and order of Elhieal’thilln, and unanimous approval of both Maheral, and Sohaer, it has been decided and hereby decreed that the Silver State of Haelun’or shall undergo temporary closure until an undisclosed date.

 

It is hereby issued that any citizenry or occupants of homes with Elcihi’thilln are to vacate and remove themselves from elcihi.  If within 3 Elven Days the inhabitants are not finished vacating, the homes will be repossessed. If you consider yourself active within Elcihi’thilln and wish to retain your house, please commune with your nearest member of the Council. We will work with you to ensure all is retained.

 

The gates, doors, and facilities within the State are hereby closed. A missive shall be issued by both Maheral, and Sohaer, in the coming months as to the re-opening of Elcihi’thilln to the public. At this current time, only Elhieal’thilln and the established Llythir shall be able to access the State.
