The sun blazed brightly in the sky as his Carbarum boots hit against the cobble, making an audible noise. With a slight limp in his leg he marched alongside the rest of his skin, the weakness he bared was a constant thought in his mind, a troubling one. Though he had a cause to fight, to fight for their land that was close to being put to the torch by the house of Romstun.

 

The battle itself was tense, thousands of casualties from either side. The Romstuns fought strong and bravely but in the end the numbers of NATO were too much for them.

 

After the battle he found his cousin, the Cyning, injured. Perhaps this was a curse to all the Daelish Cynings, that they would all suffer injuries and be deemed weak.  “A weak cyning cannot exist”  where the words that once again shot through his mind. Always being a constant reminder, his cousin Marcus was injured badly. He was weak.

 

The days, even weeks after the battle was the constant thought of a weak cyning again. The thoughts of reclaiming his position playing through his mind as he'd constantly look to his leg that was slowly recovering from its injuries. Though it took him a while, he had decided. He took the Great War axe of the Cyning from its stand in Ponce and he would declare himself as the new cyning.
