What is Roleplaying?: Everyone makes his own character (which can be completely different from your real character) and plays it like its real. 

What is Metagaming?: Its when you use information out of character, or call for help with discord or something. This is forbidden

What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: You say something to  scare your enemy like: You will be death before you hit the ground (but it wont be like that beceause they have armor or protection)

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Biography  (This is one of the most important sections of the application. Please take your time and make it a decent paragraph long. Read up on your character's race and be sure to add at least one accurate reference from the server lore): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) Taranath was born in Malinor. When he was 38 his parents died in an orc trap. After that he wanted to kill orcs ad go to war. When he was 42 he got the permission to leave Malinor. He traveled and traveled, with only 1 thought: I want to kill orcs, goblins,.... But it couldn't contineau like that. When he was 51 he wanted to do something else, something more usefull against the orcs and he forgot his parents, and he forgot his hate. So he went searching a good kingdom....

Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Its a common elf who likes shooting orcs. He dislikes unfair fights. And he likes riding on his white horse, riding to war.

Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) He wants to be a person inside of the army of a good kingdom.

Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) Shooting from his horse, and shooting on the ground. 

Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) Fighting with a sword or another melee weapon is a point to work on, he isn't good at it and he will only use melee if it's really required.

Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) He has a pale skin, blue eyes, he has no scares, he has brown hair. An as any elf he is pretty long.

As for your rule question:

 

Most structures and walls on Lord of The Craft are built with intention of keeping people out aside from a gate. As such, most structures are made to avoid having players hop onto it through standard MC jumping. Yet, horses can jump far greater heights and distances than just a player on foot, and it creates a greater challenge for the builder to deal with.

 

One is not allowed to use a horse to access any player area that is standardly unaccessable without a horse.

 

-Your power-gaming definition is incorrect.

 

-Malinor, as we know it does not exist, and has not existed on Lord of The Craft for a large amount of time (Almost 150 years in-character). If you're looking to have your character be from the main elven area, take a look at The Wiki page for the Dominion of Malin

 

-Aside from a reference to a nation that hasnt existed ingame for many years, your character's biography includes no server lore.

 

-You dont explain in your character's biography where he got any of his relevant skills.

 

-Having one's parents randomly killed by orcs than vowing to hunt down and kill orcs is unfathomably cliche and overused. If you wish for your character's aprents to die needlessly, and him to have a call to senseless violence, than please have it atleast originate in a not so over-done way.

 

-Your charatcer's minecraft skin is not suitable for a wood elf. Take a look at the Wood Elf page for a better idea of a wood elf's appearance.
