Future of the Orcs

I think it's great you are working on it, but we need some primary colors to work with first. Please advice.

Interested in the idea, although not much to work with at the moment, i'm just playing around with stuff.

just my own thoughts/ideas:

Would really have to find someone better at making faces/skulls, but I thought it would be kinda of a cool idea to have the remains of a giant monster draped over a banner? Obviously my work on the face sucks, but here is a quickly made skull over the top with its spine spiraling around the pole?

Sorry, wasn't meant to be a finished product by any means, just put up an image to see if something of that size/shape was what was being pursued, or to go another direction? Just messing around with it.

thats good but the banner it self is not good I mean the colors the checkered red and white

Any ideas on colors? i just did checkered red and white as a kind of go-to default, btw, i edited my last post with updated pics, full skull now up there ^

Since there's technically two warlords (though I've never seen the other one), you could put both of the current warlord's clan symbols on it. It can be a new tradition to put the symbol of the reigning warlord's clan on the flag.

Either that or make up a new symbol for the Orc nation in general. If you do that, I would say two put 2 giant flags up at the entrance. One with the Orc nation symbol on it and one with the reigning warlord's clan symbol.

I like the look of the monster skull, if we can get it approved by GMs (in terms of lore there isn't much evidence of giant beasts, so we'd need a GM to thumbs-up it.) Great work, my Goblin friend!

Hopefully this is a bit better. Was thinking the chosen symbol could go in that white part. Hopefully the monster skull would be approved, its pretty nifty. The inside of the skull is its own room, and if you wanted to, the spine could be made as a sort of ladder up to it.

The only thing I would say about that, is remove the glowy red eyes and just put empty eye sockets, or put red wool embedded into the eye sockets so its a dark red. And maybe get rid of the ears?

The dwarfs and the Orcs are supposed to have a treaty based on a mutual respect for war. I would love to see a war with the Orcs, and dwarfs fighting alongside each other. Or even just in the badlands, might improve role play between separate races.

For the architecture of the orcs, may I suggest that each housing looks more....militarish? with spokes coming out of the roof and doors.

And maybe the diplomats and merchants can only live in this merchant town. Only orcs allowed in Sanhar and Sanjezal. Unless you drag a halfling in the gates....

Maybe a more prominent slave trading program? Would love to see a real elf woman being chained(iron bars ftw) and sold to the highest bidder *wink

Can't we just assume the other warlord is dead, or fled? He's been missing for almost 10 years now which is more than enough time to get lost in the desert and return several times over.

Just an example of where a symbol would go, if someone gives me one. i just put that there because i saw a statue that looked like that around one of towns
