Small inscriptions have been scattered around cities and rituals have been conducted in the name of this ‘Dreamer’. What is unknown is if this is just a regular leader of an occultist gathering or if this is something that is beyond mortal recognition. Threat - Unknown, this is a notice of warning and cannot be fathomed into a simple category Location - Unknown Reward - Information about the ‘Dreamer’ granted to the Curators and bounty group will be rewarded minas according to the information gathered. Any strange or occult items can be redeemed for their worth in mina aswell if they wish. Otherwise the distruption of this being, if proven will have a hefty reward of 40,000 minas.
