It befalls the Republic of Holm to seek a new Headmaster for its grand Academy. There magic is taught to budding students as well as other subjects like cooking, history, and other topics depending on the teachers available. As Headmaster you will be solely responsible to the Holmite government and your performance will be evaluated as such. Your job will be to hire teachers, maintain the everyday functions of the academy, and act as an arbiter of academic discrepancies. Former Headmaster Caius will help you with transitioning into the job and a pay will be given if the academy goes well or money is needed for the hiring of teachers. The amount is negotiable." Upon applying you will be interviewed by officials of Holm based on several qualities: Former experience in the art of magic Leadership skills Ideas for the future of the academy Plans for growth Personality Etc. Current magics if any?: Air and water evocation, Conjuration and telekinesis Do you have any experience in teaching?: In my time, I have had a variety of students for my evocations and conjuration, thus I have been through the teaching process many times. Former leadership positions: Hm... Well, I own a town, as of currently, which I assume counts as leadership- though we work through a council... I worked at and eventually owned a clinic, back in Axios. I was put in charge of a farmers market in Vailor, though- I wouldn't call that leadership... But y'know.
