I get where you are coming from and it is unfortunate that the current system and plugin has us doing this based off how many reqs you can complete. GM's are instructed to take modreqs in order and get in trouble if they don't have a good reason for not doing so. A good reason might be a modreq relating to a pugsy event which is highly more important than getting a chest unlocked. We also have the pointclaim form which rewards people for doing those harder modreqs, not sure if you read that part of the data or not, but figured I would point it out. This was the first month where we had a large string of people right below that 3% marker so that could be the plugin and how tickets are claimed now, it could be the fact people are going back to school, it could be that our activity from the summer is dipping. I have a lot of different theories, but with data you need a longer stretch to identify what is happening. If we come to the end of September and October with the same kind of numbers then that is when we look at the current system to figure out what is going on. 

 

I always encourage people that have bad experiences to report them so if you ever come across a GM that you feel didn't put in the effort to at least meet you half way you can shoot a GM Manager a message about it and explain the situation. The only way we improve is through feedback and hearing the other side of the story so thank you for raising this point. I will leave on the note that having a larger team that is still managed vs a smaller team has more benefit to not just getting modreqs answered quickly, but also retaining good gms. I remember the dark ages of January where we had a team of around eleven I believe and people were getting overworked. That is not our goal here and all I ask out of GM's at the end of the day is to go and put in your work doing tickets and strive for that 3% mark. I don't scream or warn them of removal if they are little below, but GMs that fail to meet quota drastically month after month are picked up on quite quickly and talked with.
