Transfer of Power (AGAIN)

North Stow looks over the papers and sighs, glancing to the window to see miserable raindrops falling in fat streaks across the glass. After a few seconds of pondering, she returns her gaze to the paper, and picks up her quill. She writes quickly and briefly, there is little detail to her reasoning or motivations behind this decision, however it is cordial and polite.

"The following papers decree that I, that Baroness of Austrasia, shall return the land of Austrasia to Estelle Enthelor. All of my affiliations to Austrasia are gone, on my own decision. Seeing the previous Baroness has recovered from her illness it seems there is no need for me to remain." She pauses, dipping her quill in the dark ink before carrying on. "I have other matters to attend to, and other places to be." She signs her name neatly at the bottom, in small black writing, and stamps the papers as recognized and passed. Without hesitation, she stands and leaves, not looking back at the short stone walls, to attend a meeting on other matters.
