KARL'S HILL DEVELOPMENT ACT

Issued and Confirmed by the Office of the Auditor,

15 H.C. 1681

By order of the Auditor of the Realm, the following decrees are put in immediate within the State of Haense…

 

• The company known as the Royal Ludovar Company is officially established, to be owned privately,

• The company Royal Ludovar Company shall be given control of all mineral rights to the territory surrounding Karl's Hill,

• The company Royal Ludovar Company, since privately owned, shall be split into a set of one hundred equal shares, to be divided accordingly…

  • Sixty-six of shares to be given to one  Lord Otto Ludovar, Baron of Rostig-Otistadt,

  • Fifteen shares to be given to one Lord Stefan Ludovar,

  • Fifteen shares to be given to one Princess Emma Ludovar, Duchess of Kvasz,

  • And four shares given to the Crown of Haense.

• And the company Royal Ludovar Company shall be given permission to recruit laborers purely for work in prospecting and mining the land on and around Karl's Hill.

 

These protocols are to remain effect till otherwise deemed necessary by the Office of the Auditor or by change from respective legislature. All questions and concerns may be asked to the Office of the Auditor, located in Markev, Haense.
