Under the guidance of the Spirits, REX Mûrak’Gorkil has decreed that Drâz’Gorkil is to be named the newest Yazgurtan of the Rexdom, charged with gathering, maintaining and stocking raw materials for the Nation, for building and constructing, let it be buildings or objects there needed.

With that put, the newly appointed Yazgurtan asks that any and all Uruks of the nation that keep materials stock up turn them over to the Office of the Yazgurtan so they can further improve the arrange of materials the nation can use to rebuild itself from the ashes of past defeats.
