Seeing the need and desire to remain stalwart in the Kingdom of Haense ties and connections to the populace, His Royal Majesty King Marius II of House Barbanov have afforded the populace with three seats which are to be elected. In managing the Duma, elections and all matters associated with it, The Count of Ager, Lord Edward Henry Morris has henceforth been appointed as Herzen of the Duma to act as the Crown's representative and mediator. The seats that are to be elected by the people of Haense are to be the Maer and two Royal Aldermans. The Royal Aldermans are to be chosen from those whom fill out the candidacy registration below. Requirements to Run for Royal Alderman To be at a minimum of fourteen years of age Live within the borders of the Royal State of Haense for the last 5 years.
