Any substances known as ‘drugs’ have been found by the Dual Monarchy of Hanseti-Ruska to be a dangerous and sinful item that ruin the moral fabric of our Canonist society.  It is the hope of the Lord Palatine that a ban of such substances will liberate their users as well as ensure that Haense retains her Highlander Spirit as beautifully described by His Majesty Marius II Barbanov.

1.  The Dual Monarchy hereby bans the use of all drugs, including but not limited to:

~ Cactus Green

~ Baby Brain

~ Crayons

~ Quartz

~ Any other illicit substance on a case by case basis

2.  The Dual Monarchy further bans the possession of any object that may be used in the abuse of drugs. This includes hookahs, pipes, and other paraphernalia which can and will be extracted.
3. The Dual Monarchy of Hanseti-Ruska finds that naturally the sellers of such substances target those in the slums, poor in wealth and by the ill will of those selling to them, spirit.  Such men are found to be wholly worse than the abusers of drugs.
   1. Those found to be in possession of drugs will have their illegal substances taken from them, and will be punished with a fine of 100 minas.
   2. Further, any object found to be used for drugs will be destroyed without exception.
   3. Those found to be selling drugs are to have their right hand taken for their crime and conspiracy to ruin the moral, Canonist society that exists in harmony in the Hansetian Kingdom.
