TO OUR BELOVED SUBJECTS,

 

By order of the High Magistrate of the Holy Orenian Empire, the following decrees are put in immediate effect within the Imperial demesne...

 

• The age of majority for all men within our Holy Orenian Empire shall be defined as sixteen.

• Regencies due to infancy expire upon the new age of majority for all lords of the realm.

 

This protocols shall remain in effect until altered by the High Magistrate of the Holy Orenian Empire and the Office of the High Magistrate, or else changed by later legislature.
