TITULAR TITLE CREATION PROHIBITION ACT

TO OUR BELOVED SUBJECTS,

 

By order of the Holy Orenian Emperor of the Holy Orenian Empire, the following act is declared throughout the realm...

 

• The creation of titular noble titles throughout the realm is hereby prohibited excluding the prerogative of the Imperial State and the following exceptions:

  • The immediate family of the Emperor, to be styled as deemed fit by the Emperor.

  • The cadets of the royal houses of those kingdoms within the Holy Orenian Empire, to be styled as deemed fit by the patriarch (i.e. Alstion, Alimar).

  • The Rhoswenii Electors of Kaedrin, to be styled as legal Baronets.

• All titular titles created before the date 10 Sigismund 1728 are confirmed as legal unless as seen fit by the Emperor.

  • This law does not extend to landed titles and their creation.

 

These protocols shall remain in effect until altered by the Holy Orenian Emperor of the Holy Orenian Empire, or else changed by later legislature.
