THE THIRD DIET OF HELENA

TO OUR BELOVED SUBJECTS,

 

His Imperial Majesty issues this edict to summon his vassals in the Imperial demesne to convene at the Palace of Helena to be informed on the edicts to be presented to their most august assembly. As such, we call upon our vassals to heed to the pronouncements from the Throne forthcoming to promote dialogue on the need to further unify all vassal states to the Imperial Rule of Law and the means for legal enforcement throughout our demesne. 

 

It is in the interests of the Imperial Throne to maintain the supremacy of law and order, to ensure that the Rights of Life, Liberty, and Trial are safeguarded and afforded to all Imperial subjects. Due to the state holding this charge, it calls upon its vassals to convene and bring with them their own books of laws, bylaws and codified tradition and social convention to further the legislative and juristic interests of the crown and the safeguarding of its citizens.

 

We present the invitation to our most leal vassals:
