Preamble

In light of the recent disaster the Kingdom of Curonia faced, the importance of unity and selflessness has become more apparent. It is understood that only through being one and together, disasters would that claim the lives of thousands can be prevented or compensated and because of these purposes,  his royal majesty King Andrew III of Hanseti-Ruska, his royal majesty King Pierce I of Curonia and his highness Archduke Edward I of Suffonia have gathered in Warwick Castle, Suffonia on the 3rd of Horen’s Calling, 1735 and resolved the following Articles.

Article I - Purpose
I.I.§. The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, the Kingdom of Curonia and the Archduchy of Suffonia (from hereinafter each a “Signatory” together “Signatories”) hereby agree to cooperate with each other in case any of the Signatories are faced with any disaster and promise to assist one another to the full extent of their powers and capabilities. 

 

Article II - Council of Relief
II.I.§. The Signatories hereby form the Council of Relief (hereinafter the "Council") with the aim, task and power of administering the common efforts and forces of the Signatories in times of need.
II.II.§. The Council of Relief consists of the representatives of the Signatories. Each Signatory can be represented at the Council with a voting delegate and an advising delegate as appointed by the Patriarch of the respective Signatory.
II.III.§. The Council may take any resolution to be able to proceed with its designated purpose with a majority vote.
II.IV.§.  The Council will choose a Signatory to preside over its meetings as its Chairman.

 

Article III - Relief Fund
III.I.§. All signatories pledge to provide 2000 mina each to a Relief Fund under the Council to be used as the Council would deems fit.
III.II.§. Each Signatory refrains the right to designate the amount of their contribution for future financements. 

 

Article IV - Scope of Cooperation

IV.I.§. The signatories pledge to provide support during times of need to each other, including but not limited to; medical aid, builders, food, tents and construction materials.

IV.II.§. If the Council would deem that a disaster requires attendance beyond the capabilities of volunteers, the Signatories pledges to rally their full force of professional armed serviceman for the relief of the Signatory in need.
