EDICT OF REGENCY

Va Birodeo Herzenav ag Edlervik,

Upon the incapacity of His Majesty King Andrik IV, pursuant to the conventions of authority as decreed by the aforementioned, the Royal Government hereby declares the appointment of a regency until His Majesty has either recovered or the lawful heir, Grand Prince Otto Sigismund, comes of age in accordance with the bylaws of succession of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska. 

 

In so doing, we hereby name His Excellency, Tiberius Barrow, as Regent and Protector of the Highlanders to fulfill the King’s duties as the provisional Head of State. We hereby invest the powers of the Crown in the execution of law and governance thereof, investing him the sole executive prerogative. In his capacity as Regent, Tiberius Barrow shall form and maintain a government in the name of the Crown.
