Ballad of Lefkos

A mali’fenn poet sits within the Drakon manor. He is in a chair with a table in front of him and a roaring fire beyond that. A quill is in his hand, the feather brushing against his hair as it is brought to his chin in thought. On the table in-front of him are multiple piece of parchment, each with their own scribbling. Some have circles, some have crosses, others clearly have been crumpled up and then unraveled again. Silence over takes the room as he looks at his journal on the ground next to his feet.

“This man lived through too much,” he grins and shakes his head.

“From a magic addict to a paladin huh?” Rithon Caelthor Drakon picks the book up and flips through the pages. He stares at a page and a **** eating grin appears on his head. He throws the book to the ground and immediately starts writing again.

And it would be a while until he stopped.

((Just like my last two posts, this poem is a rework/LOTC version of the poem above))

Young Lefkos was first a ward,
Thrown from Locke and Evelyn;
he rose in Salvus, till a man
Then ventured off into the land,
He joined the Hearth while in his greed,
Then he watched as Crimson fade,
Athera swallowed by a grub,
and so he left while unafraid.

Among the Isles of Vailor kings,
He met his parents, they tutored him,
He found a friend and young lover,
In Caliphate he had one kid;
His friend became an enemy,
He killed his love while under spell,
Now drained completely mentally,
From Dread to Library he would dwell,
Axios now an Amethil,
He gained a spawn and lost it all,
Descended into magics mad,
An undead man seeking life again.

North the wall of solid ice,
He taught magic to a Kalehart,
existed with false emotions
Soul to and fro many hearts
Ghoul laid himself down to rest,
Risen once by the Far- Glade
Then again by men of Xan,
He stood mortal, now holy blade,
In the realm of Arcas, not astray,
He learned and taught of paladin ways,
Fell in love with a dragonkin,
Of void terrors and orders praise,
Order disbanded by his will,
And eagerly in boat he sped,
With friends, he slays the Night Terror
Then stays in Athera with wife and eggs.

LEFKOS SCROLL

((Done in around 5 hours all at once. So certainly not as good as it could have been, but good enough.))

“This was unexpected as ****.”
Lefkos would comment if he wasn’t lost somewhere, far from civilization. Regardless, he throws an upvote at the man.

Siol’Avern reads the poem before clapping his hands at the fellow parody writer. “Well done indeed” he nods to himself as he also leaves the man a fat upvote
