THE STATUS OF GOBLINS WITHIN THE EMPIRE ACT OF 1761

 

 

INTRODUCTION

In light of recent events, such as the attempted assassination of the King of Haense, as well as general trouble-stirring within the Holy Orenian Empire, the Senate has deemed it fit to change the status of goblins within the Empire.

 

 

SECTION I:

On the status of Goblins

 

1.  Goblins are hereby revoked their status as persons, and shall henceforth be declared as intelligent non-persons.
