DECREES OF THE ROYAL DUMA, 1765

The Accessibility Act of 1764

Allowing all Haensemen of disabled body access to all public spaces in Reza

 

I.) Every staircase in the public streets of Reza of two meters or larger, at an incline greater than a half-meter slab, be fitted with a ramp.

 

II.) Every staircase in the public offices of Ekaterinburg Palace of two meters or larger, at an incline greater than a half-meter slab, be fitted with a ramp.

 

III.) Every staircase in the Royal Academy of Saint Catherine of two meters or larger, at an incline greater than a half-meter slab, be fitted with a ramp.

 

IV.) This act shall come into effect upon receiving royal assent from the King of Haense.

Crown Prohibition Act of 1764

Restricting the Unnecessary use of Crowns, Circlets, Coronets, and Tiaras by members of non-Royalty

 

I.) The wearing of Crowns, Circlets, Coronets, and Tiaras by members of non-Royal citizens of the State of Haense is henceforth illegal.

 

II.) The use of Crowns, Circlets, Coronets, and Tiaras by members of the Royal Household are still permitted.

*Clause removed by order of the Crown.

 

III.) The wearing of Crowns, Circlets, Coronets, and Tiaras by citizens outside of the jurisdiction of the State of Haense are still permitted.

 

IV.) If a citizen (excluding the cases mentioned above) is found wearing a Crown, Circlet, Coronet, and/or Tiara, then they may be charged with a fine of up to five thousand minae.

 

VI.) This act shall come into effect upon receiving royal assent from the King of Haense.

The Paved Road Initiative of 1762

An Initiative to improve the infrastructure of the Haeseni capital, via adding paved roads.

 

I.) To pave the streets of New Reza.

*Amended by the Crown – only the main square of New Reza will be paved by initiative of this bill.

 

II.)  Materials will be provided by the Maer to pave the city. 

 

IV.) This act shall come into effect upon receiving royal assent from the King of Haense.
