VA BIRODEO HERZENAV AG EDLERVIK,

The Dual Kingdoms of Hanseti-Ruska upholds its obligation to abide by the laws established by the Imperial Crown.

In accordance with Imperial Law, the Imperial Crown retains the sole prerogative to modify and amend the single peerage of the realm, according to the ORC, article 702.02, on the Rights and Privileges of Nobility, wherein it is established,

“The privilege to hold landed secular peerage appertaining to their estates within the Imperial State, the created nature of peerage conveyed through Imperial Letters, issued singularly by the discretion of the sovereign.”

Herein the sovereign refers explicitly to the Imperial Crown. Whereas the ORC defines “The Crown: The government of the Holy Orenian Emperor, which controls the Imperial State Military and the Imperial Peerage and rules under the direction and advice of the Council of State and the Imperial Diet.” The Imperial Peerage referred to herein refers explicitly to all nobility of the Imperial realm, regardless of provincial association.

Furthermore, violations of Imperial Code may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law defined by the Imperial Crown. Violations to the Imperial Peerage shall be considered fraud of the first degree, according to the ORC, article 204.0101, On Injury against the State,

“Where an individual intentionally or negligently fails to abide by the terms of a written or verbal contract, misleads regarding its terms, or provides insufficient consideration for its completion, to the detriment of another, and this detriment is of great amounts, this shall be fraud in the first degree, a misdemeanor.”

The use of titles and peerages outside of the Imperial Peerage within the Kingdom of Haense shall face the King’s justice derived from imperial law.

IV JOVEO MAAN,

His Royal Majesty, King Sigismund II of Hanseti-Ruska, Grand Hetman of the Army, Prince of Dules, Ulgaard, Lahy, Sorbesborg and Slesvik, Duke of Carnatia and Vidaus, Margrave of Rothswald, Count of Graiswald, Karikhov, Baranya, Kvasz, Kavat, Karovia, Kovachgrad, Torun, Turov, and Kaunas, Baron of Rytsburg, Venzia, Esenstadt, Krepost and Kralta, Lord of Alban, Reza and Markev, Lord of the Westfolk, Protector of the Highlanders, etcetera

‘’To a future of cooperation and prosperity’’ says the portly prince as he sips on a large glass of wine with a leg of mutton in the other hand.
