Citizens of Vira’Ker,

           

            I, Sir Blogus the Black, in an effort to increase our military strength even further am writing another grant. This grant will be in the amount of 10,000 minas. I hope that this grant will aid in the expansion of our military as well as provide some funding for salaries for our soldiers. I have always said “tread lightly, but carry a big stick”, so this money serves to aid in making Vira’Ker’s stick bigger. My stick is large, so my homeland’s stick should be large as well.

 

Together we can work to make this country and community thrive. Seaguard and citizenz, continue to make Vira’Ker great.
