Firsae estate war attack occurred because:

I was doing a modreq with respiren when some people were rping next to my house. At that moment of time i was not paying attention on the roleplay until i went down in my dungeon to see if my nettherack trap was fixed and i found Hayden and AllenTheGreat in my dungeon, I told them to leave because it clearly states on many signs around my house that trespassers will be killed. AllenTheGreat kept messaging saying add me to the region their is an attack let me help i wondered about the attack and gave him permission note: At that time i did not know he was undead and i continued on with the modreq soon after that i logged and reloged within 10-15 minutes and found that left-click was in my region and some how PVP was turned on (ADMINS PLEASE CHECK WHO DID IT) I panicked and thought their was an attack that Allen was talking about i went to the roof and they had barricaded parts of the tree's and also my back door and front door. I was scared to say anything because of the fact that they would have probably killed me and soon i realised they were killing people on the kings road and outside my house with lightning i began to roleplay with them but as it clearly states in my villain app my character dislikes the undead mainly because iam not wanting to be called a " Fanboy " so time went on people died and came back over and over then the same people who had died had went to queen ivrae and said stuff to her which allowed her to enrage which i completely understand but then what had happened was a region issue that my region is to get moved and all sorts which was Then sorted by availer then they said that i can be under attack and straight 10 minutes after Al-Khazaar declared war on us at the time i was modreqqing again with respiren to help us with the obsidian walls and i was not aware of the war soon i dced and when i relogged all the people/undead/ my workers were saying our permissions have gone. They could not break blocks place blocks nothing until the oren guards battalion of 30-50 people came and completely wrecked my house and killed us all which was completely uncalled for and unnecessary i came back to my house to find all my chests robbed, my redstone traps completely broken and my nettherack stolen also with my windows broken and my planks gone wood wrecked waterfall broken path wrecked tree's floating all sorts of terrible things i then was really upset and was thinking of charging back my 100 dollar donation NOTE: I HAD TOLD ALLENTHEGREAT OVER TEAMSPEAK TO LEAVE BECAUSE IAM GETTING INTO TROUBLE but he said oh good we can have a war ( IAM NOT TRYING TO GET ALLEN INTO TROUBLE ) so now my house is wrecked their saying my plot has to be moved and i have 1,320 Minas and my requests were the following

I do not mind re-building in another plot but the fact is that now i cant declare war on them because availer and they dont want to? if we do alot of people can rob chests non villain? THAT CLEARLY contradicts what they did ALL OREN GUARDS WHERE NOT VILLAIN, THEY BROKE MY NETTHERACK AND STOLE IT SAME WITH MY REDSTONE THEY ROBBED MY CHESTS. Now another part of this is i am supposed to move and re-build my house in a bad location?

So my idea is if i could do that but if i have creative mode. Now i know most of you wont agree but.. i was trusted with creative mode when Availer, Reckreations and Shiftnative were their building the badlands. Vaq can easily see in the server files what i spawn where i place and where it is so if i plan on stealing like say stacks of diamond blocks? i cant.. i basically will re-create my house and then ask for my creative mode to be off. ALSO when availer shift and reck left i was allowed to use creative mode and spawn whatever on my own under no supervision even native can vouch for this i did not abuse it infact when i was done i pm'd him over TS Saying i have finished you can now remove my creative mode when i could have easily flew to my house and built my house better. So iam quite trustworthy and i will not abuse it. i only will need it for a limited time and if any gm's wish they can tp to me at any time with vanish and check i wont be messing around.

OR since i got completely wrecked if my house can get rollbacked to 2 hours before the war so everything before the undead and this whole issue can be forgotten easily.

The area was an Undead stronghold. People in-game found out and decided to attack and destroy it. Firstly there shouldn't be a plot on the Kings road and secondly you cant kill people without repercussions buddy.

No creative mode, LoTC is dynamic and we're not going to be giving people stuff back. This is what happens when you want to be evil.

When war was declared, an issue happened with Arteh's region and "Respiren's Truce Region" or something, stopping everyone with permissions from being able to place blocks or open their chest to get items out whenever we were trying to make defenses, while the people attacking could break through our barricade blocking them from the roof, and get into the house and kill us. And including the house was griefed pretty badly, even for a Warzone. But it was a house, with Torture Chambers, An Altar on the roof, and a sacrifice trap on the front lawn. So it made sense for them to "remove the taint" in a sense.

But there was a few points in wanted to address with this post, and I'm not trying to start an Argument.

I was walking down the Kings Road, when i saw around 16 people outside your house. I walk over to find out what's going on, and i hear "Chanting of Iblees," I then learn from overhearing that they said there was an Iblees Worshiper already there. They then started looking for a entrance into the house to arrest you. I went down the ladder located in the yard, whenever one of them saw me, and you told him to leave. Seeing as they were about to arrest/attack you, i asked "Do you need help defending against them if they decide to attack?"

(I didn't keep messaging you, i only asked once) And you said sure, I then told you if they attacked, to stay out of the yard so you don't get hit. And you asked "Are you an Undead?" which i responded that I was, you then said something about me using lightning against them. I went on the roof, and one or two of the people shot Arrows at me, I then asked you if i could have permissions, so i could block off the stairs to the roof and not have them sneak behind me. When they started shooting arrows and stuff, i helped defend the place like i said i would. A few minutes in, LeftClick came by the kings road and saw the lightning, she snuck in the back of the house and decided to help us, so i told you that she wanted to help, so not to kill her. You then gave her the Permissions, Which you put on your Privated Iron Door (Your name was the first one on the sign, so only you or a GM could have given her those perms) and to the Region.

What you wrote in teamspeak was "I am getting in trouble because of Undead :\" When i asked how, you said they were attacking the region because the undead were there. When i told you that they were already there before we were there, and went because it was a plot right next to the Kings road that said "You hear Chanting for Iblees" whenever someone walked near it, You then asked in Voice Chat if Me, Lymdil, and LeftClick could help defend whenever war was declared, (that's not telling us to leave..) We Agreed to defend when they declared the war, I never said "oh good we can have a war." Also, If you had asked me to Leave, i would've. But i never got a message asking that.

In this thread it looks like i was just being a jerk who didn't leave when you said and wanted to start a war so i could blow up everything, even if you're not trying to get me in trouble. I made sure i asked you before i helped you with anything, and i told you i was an Undead before they attacked or i shot any lightning.

I was present, and heard Arteh talking in Teamspeak, and I believe what Arteh is frustrated about is that he was aware IC that the Oren Guard was coming to attack, and he planned to put up obsidian defenses, but was unable to due to a region error (caused by either Respiren or Ivrae, the only two mods online at the time) removed Arteh's edit permissions for his own house, yet somehow appeared to allow guards without region permissions to edit the warzone.

Nonetheless, Arteh's manor got incredible griefed. Not just warzone griefed, like, after we returned to the warzone after the war was over, the top half of the house was completely disconnected from the bottom half, except for one little corner block connecting the two...

EDIT: To clarify, I in no way meta'd. I saw the group of Oren guards converging outside, and snuck to the back to investigate, finding Wrothgar (Allen's character) in the process. Just clarifying, because someone will indubitably accuse me of such.
