Pragmatic, not Partisan

During his first ever session in the House of Commons, Lukas voted not based on his party affiliation with the Josephites, but instead based on the real effects that everyday people would feel as a result of bills passed by the House. He dropped this affiliation and went independent, remaining as one until the dissolution of the Diet. As an MHC, this is the promise that Lukas Rakoczy makes to all his voters, to be practical in all things to do real, tangible good for the people of the Empire.

 

Primary Issues

A vote for Lukas guarantees focus in the following areas:

• Budget Balancing:  Lukas Rakoczy SHALL work to balance the Imperial budget and cut unnecessary spending to halt the current push for increased taxation, instead obliging the Treasury to minimize their own spending before imposing additional taxes upon the hard-working people of our Empire;

• Haeseni Commitment to the Inferi Invasion:  Lukas Rakoczy SHALL liaise closely with the Aulic Government of Hanseti-Ruska and the House of Commons to ensure the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska takes an active role in the defense against the invasion of the Inferi daemons;

• Decrease Bureaucracy: Lukas Rakoczy SHALL work to decrease the redundant bureaucracy which plagues some ministries, such as the interior, in hopes that they can more efficiently do their ministerial duties. the excessive layers of bureaucracy which distance the governed from the government must be removed;

• Municipal Governance: Lukas Rakoczy SHALL work to strengthen the municipal governments of Helena, Haense, and Kaedrin to improve internal efficiency and cut down on ministry bureaucracy to increase their speed and efficiency;

As an independent running from Haense, Lukas Rakoczy is proud to endorse the other independents also campaigning for the House of Commons.
