• 204.01A - Treason and Sedition Act (1751) : On Petty Treason

Where an individual sows divisions through the active propagation of malicious rhetoric,

manifestos, ideologies, and other devices with the intent to dissuade the conscience of the society

from the State, this shall be the crime of petty treason, charged with the crime of treason.

 

• Oren Revised Code, CH 204 - On Injury against the State’

 

• 207.051 - Where an individual intentionally and deliberately hinders or interrupts the common peace by

embellished performance or immoral behavior, this shall be the crime of disturbing the peace, an infraction.

• Oren Revised Code, CH 207 - On Injury against Order

 

-The Ministry of Justice hereby wishes to take legal action against Mr. Thomas Redfist for the above mentioned charge. Mr. Thomas Redfist was found to violate above stated charges when he was sitting fire to the flag of the empire in the street

THE CENTRAL CIRCUIT COURT

5^th of Sigismund’s End, 1787

 

In accordance with the Legal Procedure Act of 1772, Sir Edward Galbraith, Justice of the Central Circuit Court, does duly assign himself to these proceedings. Accordingly, the assigned Justice shall meet with the Plaintiff and the Defendant in order to review the merits of the case and decide if the matter shall be allowed to proceed to trial.
