[!] After a few days of silence, one might begin to wonder… Where has Casper Hyde gone? He hasn’t been noticed around Helena, or the beloved Novellen, even. After several days, and upon further investigation, one might stumble into Casper's house, which would seem quiet, and lifeless. The door appears to be left ajar as well. Sprawled across his dining table would be the usual clutter, along with several sealed envelopes, each one bearing the name of it’s recipient in bright green calligraphy. There would also be a small note, reading “Whoever finds these, I hope you deliver them to whom they seemingly belong. I promise I will be back. -Casper.” The note would also appear to have an ink stain on it.

[!] A letter would be addressed to Thomas Aquinas-Elmpool, when opening the envelope, you see the hastily folded parchment, it would read..

“Dear Thomas, my beloved brother.

I’ve not much to say. If I write truthfully, most of my life you were cruel, and distant. It wasn’t until the passing of Lillith that truly brought us closer as siblings. I no longer hold any grudges against you, and wish you nothing but the best. I apologize if it ever seemed otherwise. I ask that you water my plants while I’m away, for I’m sure they’ll die before I return. Sincerely, Casper.”

[!] A second letter, addressed Flynn Moore, in aforementioned bright green calligraphy. As you open, you read..

“Dear Flynn,

I deeply apologize for how I've treated you since Lillith. I blamed you for her death, and looking back, that was wrong of me. I hope you accept my apology and when I return we can have a fruitful relationship. I’d never be able to say this in person, but I truly consider you a brother. You are forever part of my family, and I am sure Thomas feels similar, no matter how he behaves. Thank you for staying around. Signed, Casper.”

[!] A letter addressed, Ostromir Carrion, and the Imperial Family. Taking the parchment out of the envelope, one might notice the handwriting would be cleaner, and neat, unlike previous letters.

“Ostromir, Princess Wilhelmina,

I’m sorry to leave unexpectedly like this, but I do plan on returning eventually, if not soon. While I’m away I’ve appointed someone else to take my place. A true professional, if you will. I will see you all when I’ve returned. Best wishes to the Novellen. Long live the Empress. -Casper.”

[!] Another letter, addressed Annabelle and Alicjo, in the same green Calligraphy

“My dear friends.

Even though it has been a bit since I've spoken to either of you, I want you to know that you both have been very helpful during harder times of my life, and for that I cannot repay you. I hope to see you both when I return, and am sorry for how distant I’ve been before this. Deeply, Casper.”

[!] a second to last letter, Goren, written large on the envelope

“Dear Father Goren,

I wanted to say that I truly see you as a real Father, and you have been far more present, and caring than the one I grew up with. You’ve been someone I can confide in absolutely, always offering helpful advice, or a humorous remark. I write to you now so you do not worry, and I hope to see you when I return. Perhaps fill you in further on what’s been going on, and why I decided to leave. Although, If I remember correctly, this was your idea, in a sense. I wish you luck with your ailments as well, and hope to see you better soon. Sincerely, Casper.”

[!] A final letter, simply addressed, My Love, in a deep red ink. Opening the suspiciously heavy letter, you’d find the parchment

“My dearest,

I’m so sorry to do this to you. I want you to know I love you, and will be thinking of you as I’m away. I do not expect you to wait on me, but am hoping you will. You’ve been a light in the darkness, guiding me, and helping me find my way through the pitch-black maze I've found myself trapped in. I hope to see you again, and promise I will return soon. Love, Casper.” As you turn the envelope upside-down, an engagement ring would fall into your hand…

[!] As Casper finished his writing, he quickly ran upstairs, grabbing as many things as he could carry. Escaping his house, and Helena, during the deep night.

((OOC: If you respond to this keep in mind I'm not dead and will be returning. This is not a PK post. ))

Alicjo furrows his brows reading the letter, habitually biting his inner lower lip as he reads over the letter. A face of deep worry for a long moment before passing the letter to Annabelle, closely watching her expression.

Flynn take a deep breath as he opens the letter from Casper expecting a petty lawsuit or something of that manner. As he begins to read the letter, a tear runs down his face. He would lie the letter down on the table and begin to tap his foot. He’s confused as to why Casper would send him a letter like this. Was he going to end his life? Is he under the influence of some sort of drug? Is he being held captive? He feels heart warmed, yet worried, suspecting Casper may be considering the same fate as his wife.

He immediately begins to write a letter back when halfway though, he realizes there is no return address. He walks over to Casper’s house and knocks on the door, but no one is home.

Flynn returns to his house and begins pacing around trying to figure out if there’s something he can do, but fails to develop a plan, not knowing where casper is or what his intentions are. He tries his hardest to brush it off but the letter say on his desk eating away at his conscious. Flynn swiftly stands up grabs his satchel. He busts out his front door to go see if Thomas knows anything about Caspers whereabouts.
