DrHope 609 Share Posted October 24, 2020 As issued 3rd of Malin’s Welcome, 1791 BY DECREE OF THE HIGH COURTS Since the reunion of the Clans and the reestablishment of Urguan under the reign of the Under-King Fimlin Grandaxe, there was always a group of khazadmar who would deny and actively seek disunion in the Council and throughout Urguan. Who would invoke grudges long passed in an attempt to profit their desires, who would commit acts abhorrent to the hallowed hosts of Khaz’A’Dentrumm. These were faux Goldhands, the Anvilaxes who usurped an honored clan’s traditions and made it a political tool for decadence. Under the leadership of Hekkaes ‘Goldhand’ and his heirs, the name Goldhand has become one of infamy within Urguan. Recently it has been noted that Uldraek Anvilaxe has been reported missing from Urguan, not sighted since Githaic Anvilaxe’s arrest on the SS Dwedsmark for charges of atrocities before Khaz’A’Dentrumm. For this reason, the High Courts and Obsidian Throne have decided to act to ensure the restored honor of Elder Clan Goldhand and the prevention of another Anvilaxe despot disrupting its culture by declaring the illegitimacy of the previous Anvilaxe leaders and establishment of a new era for Elder Clan Goldhand. As such, On the 3rd of Malin’s Welcome, 1791, it is so proclaimed that the dwarf known as Uldraek Goldhand and his followers are formally banished from the Grand Kingdom of Urguan under penalty of death, their claim on the honored name of Elder Clan Goldhand be declared illegitimate and his scion is known instead as Anvilaxe, under punishment of death for the following breaches on the Code of Laws of Urguan: First Degree Crime: Sedition Second Degree Crime: Conspiracy to Commit Treason Third Degree Crime: Heathenism These charges are here instated in reference to the attempts made by Uldraek Goldhand and his company to frame Chief Justiciar Dwalin Irongut and his Magistrates of the High Court for misconduct and malpractice, to subvert the authority and unity of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, and to consort with the spawn of Khorvad. As the last Goldhand elder, Dorimnur is recognized as Clan Lord and the full authority over Elder Clan Goldhand. Should any from the old establishment of Anvilaxe leadership wish to reunite with their honored kin, they must renounce Hekkaes Anvilaxe and his successors before the High Courts, and be approved by the new Clan Lord Dorimnur Goldhand. This dictum is promulgated and effective immediately under the unequivocal enforcement of the Legion of Urguan. Further, the banishment of these khazadmar shall not be repelled unless by writ of the High Courts, Council of Urguan or abrogation by the Grand King.
