Zyn, The wandering Merchant is currently seeking employees to help me with my Merchanting Company.

I am looking for driven individuals seeking to make minas. If you are a self starter, driven, and looking for new opportunities then read on. Otherwise keep walking lad.

I along with a few others have built a base out in the wilds, not a town, but a base. The purpose of this base is to generate goods for which to sell, wholesale and through my shops. I am in need of workers to keep this base functioning. Harvesting, hunting, crafting, etc, The pay is competitive. You get what you put in to it though. For instance some can make about 1000 minas or higher per hour. Everything is done automatically through the use of shops inside the base. Subverting these shops will have you forcibly removed from the compound.

The position details:

Builders: Positions Filled

Responsible for helping finish the base, and perform upkeep. This is the only job in which you will mainly be payed directly by me for your work.

Requirements:

Ability to remain focused on a task once you accept. Paying attention to directions and asking questions when you are unsure of a specific objective. Strong communication skills are extremely important.

Career opportunities:

Will allow certain sections outside the compound for you to display your building prowess. From there you may contract your architectural skills to others.

Hunters: Currently Hiring

Responsible for gathering the materials needed for a lot of different products. This is maintained by a shop and is one of the most high paying jobs you can do at the compound.

Requirements:

Strong focus to attain items required for supply contracts. The ability to let any problems be know to me quickly and discreetly.

Career Opportunities:

You are free to move on from the compound when you achieve the mastery you wished to reach in your chosen combat skill. ((Combat skill level you wanted.)) Or you may stay on as a guard for meager pay and focus on a different position.

Farmers: Greatly Needed

Responsible for harvesting the Wheat, Sugar Cane, Trees, and Mushrooms from our farms. The pay is adequate, as our farms are massive.

Requirements:

Strong focus, must enjoy farming.

Career Opportunities:

You may stay on as long as you like, constantly receiving minas for your work.

Cooks: High Demand

Responsible for turning raw resources into edible resources, Pay is similar to farmers.

Requirements:

Knowledge of recipes. Ability to stare into the eternal light of ovens for hours on end.

Career Opportunities:

Cooks that follow my rules within the compound and show strong personalities ((read: good rp skills)) may run one of my shops in the future.

Wandering Merchants: Currently seeking one or two.

Responsible for setting up supply contracts, negotiating terms, and moving resources about. Pay is based upon the spread between buying the goods ((Which is extremely low)) from the compound, and the price the consumer is paying for said goods.

Requirements:

Strong Interpersonal Skills ((Read: Good rper.)), good negotiation skills, among other things. You will be acting as an ambassador for The Wandering Merchant and as such must be diligent in your duties.

Career Opportunities:

Extreme wealth, the ability to run one of my shops or a shop of your own.

Administrators: Positions filled.

A lot of responsibilities, This position will be offered to employees as the need arises based on past work and job performance.

If you want to make good money, sell or buy items, you should contact Zyn and get a job of your choosing at his base. He has many options for you to pick from, and it's somewhat rare to actually pick exactly the job you want to do, so take the chances while jobs are still open.

I've been working there for a few days now, and he does nothing but helps me when I need it, answers all questions, and doesn't get impatient when I need him to walk me through something depending on my work.

His leadership ethic is good, his prices are fantastic, and if you provide good work he rewards you really well. The other workers there are friendly, and when an intruder comes in, I see everyone quickly band together to make sure the base is protected and that the intruder leaves peacefully. I've been paid in full and upfront by him twice now and it was good payment for my work; I encourage anyone that is willing to work hard to get a job with him.

The best part is, while you're doing certain tasks, you'll need food, wood, other resources and such. Whenever you have leftover items, he even buys some from you at the base shop, so you make even more money in the process.
