ABSCONSION AMENDMENT OF 347 ES

An act to amend the current absconsion law by adding a new clause..

 



INTRODUCTION
Our current law for absconsion is incomplete, when a man is summoned for trial, there is no clearer admission of guilt than the act of absconding from one’s trial. The law must be amended to include this.

 

I.  Adding 423.02 to the Haurul Caezk
423.02: When one is found guilty of absconsion, guilt shall be assumed without a doubt for all other charges.
