TO THE DEPRAVED TITANS!

To you who target the poor and the labourers, I address this to you directly. Your recent publication is quite troubling, though hardly comes as a shock to me for so many look upon the downtrodden as filth and sub-human. You have made it your mission to eradicate the poor and labourers of the empire, and yet the irony of your mission seems to elude you. Without the common folk you would have no citizens to occupy your city or pay their mandated taxes. Without the labourers you would not have the silk sheets and large houses, for I hardly believe you lifted a finger yourself to achieve them - but relied on the backs of others that you so claim are the disease of society.

 

You proclaim that your mission be ordained by the Lord himself, but you are wrong. The illusion of nobility is one that has plagued humanity since our creation, there is nothing that sets your blood out from any other, other than your incessant need of self-importance and some form of purpose. No - all are equal before GOD and nobody proclaiming your blood to be more important than others will change this. Nobility is a concept created in the early days of man whose leaders bestowed upon their friends an illusion, an illusion which has plagued us for centuries. Who gave birth to you, your worldly titles or your family are all irrelevant before GOD, for you are judged on your deeds and actions alone, not your family.

 

You will never achieve your goal for it is truly a worthless endeavour, commoners are being born every day, you can not kill them all no matter how hard you try and no matter how many like-minded friends you have sat besides you on your elongated pedestals. You hold yourself high above the rest,  simply for who gave birth to them and yet you do not realise the true irony of your mission. Almost the entire nobility of Oren are related to each other; born through incest. whereas the common folk are nearly all unrelated, tell me then: who is truly the most vile and sinful? You murdered a young boy, an acolyte studying to become a priest so that he can spread the word of GOD to all, what did he do to you?

 

I shan't waste my ink in trying to persuade you against indiscriminately murdering those you believe lesser than yourself for I am aware there is no dealing with the devil. But I assure you, justice shall come to you eventually. Perhaps we will never find out who you are or who amongst the higher echelons of society share your depraved ideas, but the Lord sees you and if you do not answer to us, you will most assuredly, answer to him.
