AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE MISSING BUST OF THE NINTH SPEAKER

After the Sitting of the Royal Duma on the 4th of Tov and Yermey, 382, the bust of the IX Speaker, Lady Speaker Irene Sarkozy, was found to be missing from the Royal Duma Hall. Little to no evidence of who stole the bust, or where the bust is, has been found by the Office of the High Justiciar, except for a black hair by the location of the bust.

 

Nevertheless, while investigating potential motives for the bust to be stolen, the Office of the High Justiciar did rediscover the highly concern fact that the former Lady Speaker was found guilty and executed for the attempted assassination of His Royal Majesty, Heinrik II, in 367 ES.

 

The Offices of the High Justiciar and the Lord Speaker both believe it extremely unfit that a traitor to the Kingdom should be honoured with a bust inside the Royal Duma Hall, despite the work and effort put into their position prior. Why former Lord Speaker Igor Kort willingly and knowingly placed a bust of Lady Speaker Irene Sarkozy in the Royal Duma Hall is beyond the knowledge of both Offices, yet it is supposed that his judgement may have been clouded due to his close relationship with the former Lady Speaker and the fact that he had been her successor.

 

Therefore, the bust of Lady Speaker Irene Sarkozy shall formally be removed from the Royal Duma Hall, and any investigation into the missing bust shall be ceased immediately.
