203.04A - Where an individual intentionally deprives an owner of his moveable property through violence or threat of violence, this shall be robbery, a felony.

In accordance with the Legal Procedure ActThe Honourable Owyn O'Ceartas, does duly assign himself to these proceedings. Accordingly, the assigned Judge shall schedule a trial with the Plaintiff and the Defendant in a timely manner in order to see that the case is reviewed and that a just verdict is decided upon.
