The Haelun’orian Spooky Season

Larihei’s ilk have been invited to celebrate the oncoming season of freight in Haelun’or.

Over the next Elven Week, various events are to be hosted in the newly refurbished Karinah’siol Tavern.

A depiction of the fine drink provided to proud citizens of Elcihi’thilln. 

---

            I. Drinking Competition

In celebration of the taverns re-opening, the first of the events will be held: A drinking competition to show the might of the Elven Liver. It will be here, the contestants are to see who holds their liquor best. 

 

For the Mali who manages to best drink these specially made beverages, a prize will be handed out.

            II. Pumpkin Carving

Following this, the next event will be best directed to the artistic prowess of Haelun’or. Given a pre-hollowed pumpkin, and a knife, the citizenry will be sent into a timed competition to create their master-piece. 

 

Once completed, the winner will be given a prize - and any bystanders, or participants, will be given complimentary pumpkin pie.

            III. Costume Party

Moving onto the larger events in the running up, a costume party will be held. Any and all are invited to dress up as their favourite characters, people, or anything* they wish to be. Party games will be hosted throughout the affair - such as Darts, chess and apple bobbing.

 

Naturally, there will be a candidate for who has the right to be the Pumpkin Sohaer. Who will be awared the famed Pumpkin Circlet. 

 

*Mali'thill are barred from the following:

     Showing any indecent exposure of Skin.  I.E, the shoulders, ankles, mid-riff or collar bone.

          Dressing up as political enemies, or dissenters, in a non-satirical fashion.

            IV. Murder Mystery

The final event will be the ultimate Murder Mystery! Guests are urged to wear their finest silks and garbs as they prepare for this spooky dining experience. 

A newly formed concept, dubbed ‘role-playing’, will be undertaken. Each guest is to assume some sort of role, as they must discover hints as to who the Murderer truly was. At the end of the night, it will be revealed who it was - and the guests will find out if they won. . or were killed by the killer!

A concerned citizen points a quivering finger at Razu, stammering away. “A-A-A…feral raccoon!”
