LET IT BE KNOWN: To achieve true Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya, one must serve their state. To serve under the state as one of her blessed soldiers is the greatest duty for one of Larihei’s ilk. As one of the almighty Sillumiran.

I. The Blessed Ranks of Elsillumiran 

Let there be order and formality amongst the might of the Mali’thill; for without it, we will surely fall to the primitive nature of the lesser-men. All Mali’Thill have the right to serve their state; and thus, will be given the opportunity to do so. To enlist, the lay-citizens of Haelun’or must be in contact with any Officer. [Tahorran, Div’kinael, Okarir’til]

FIDIRAAR - Private

The newly enlisted, remaining within this rank for a short period of time. For one to progress past the rank of Fidiraar, the Mali’thill must:

Attend a sufficient amount of Sillumir events.	Understand etiquette towards superiors.
Understand formation orders.	Have learnt combative competency.

 

HALERIR - Private First Class

Once accomplished of the requirements, the newly enlisted ‘Fidiraar’ will be given their first promotion. It is now that the budding Sillumir will be oathed under Larihei; and be fit to truly serve her, and her state. 

                        - Further promotion will require outstanding skills, achievements or dedication. 

 

 

Once receiving a promotion past Halerir, the Sillumir will be given a choice. If they wish to be inducted into a leadership position, or a non-leadership position. 

 

Non-Leadership	Leadership
VIHAI - Special Ops. Specialized operators hand picked for their ability to organize and lead specific operations that require advanced ability and unique training within Elsillumiran.	TAHORRAN - Sergeant  The lowest of the Officers, these soldiers are the newly ranked of the officer branch, and have been promoted for their ability to effectively organize and discipline lower enlisted and other facets of Elsillumiran.
	DIV’KINAEL - Captain The core of Elsillumiran officer branch, and function as general competent staff for all officer duties. These soldiers are expected to be capable in leadership, organization, and discipline of all enlisted soldiers of the Elsillumiran and Junior Officers alike.
	OKARIR’TIR - General The leader of the Elsillumiran, the highest rank a Mali’Thill can achieve. To take the mantle of Okarir’tir, is to lead the military force of Haelun’or.

II. Uniform Requirments

 

There will be a uniform of Elsillumiran, to further ensure formality and structure. Different markings are used to convey rank amongst peers. It is required that within the Silver Bastille, the Dress Uniform is worn. During conflict non-magi are expected to suit themselves with the plated armour provided
