It is through Our Apostolic Right, bestowed unto Us through the Laurel derived from the Exalted that We decree that there is no Prince of Savoy but Lucien I, the rightful and only heir to the Ashford Crown. We reaffirm that he was crowned by the Bishop Reinmar with Our permission, and that any opposition to this coronation is a direct affront to God and His Holy Mother Church.

It has likewise come to Our attention that there exists an opponent to this declaration by the name of Vasileia Basrid, whom We have reason to believe would have taken this action to suit an ambitious agenda of her own to usurp the Ashford Crown by placing the poor infant Olivier Guy, the younger brother of Prince Lucien, on the throne and ruling through him like a puppeteer would a puppet.

We encourage her to repent of such a heinous crime and seek out confession.

It has come to Our attention that the Principality of Sedan has been the victim of an attack so foul that one would hardly be able to address such on paper, such resulting in the death of one elderly woman by the name of Henrietta de Joannes and the desecration and burning of the Cathedral of Saint Alexander of Furnstock.

We strongly condemn these actions as well as offer Our condolences to their family, and write of such to promise to Our Flock that we shall see those responsible punished, for there is no place without Him.
