Upon the resignation of His Imperial Excellency, Joseph d'Azor, it has thus been seen fit by the Imperial Crown to appoint the Vice Chancellor, Sir Henry Penton, to the position of Archchancellor.

Since his youth, Joseph d'Azor has loyally served the empire from the appointment to his first governmental position as Chief of the War Arsenal to that of Archchancellor. It is with utmost honor that gratitude is expressed for the leal service contributed forth diligently by the Duke of Azor. Amidst the Aster Revolution, Joseph d'Azor was the first to stand behind the Imperial Crown in their quest towards a brighter future for the Holy Orenian Empire. Through the difficult period of the early years of the Petra War, the Duke of Azor filled the footsteps of his father admirably, standing stalwartly with the Imperial Crown.

It is in hard times that strong men are forged, and the Duke of Azor proved to be one such man. Through his excellent service during the greatest war yet seen on Almaris, and his prior service before, the Duke of Azor is afforded the highest distinction and commendation from the Imperial Crown.

AD DEI GLORIAM,

HIS IMPERIAL MAJESTY, Philip III, Holy Orenian Emperor, forever August, King of Renatus, Curon, Kaedrin, Salvus, and Seventis, Grand Duke of Ves, Duke of Helena, Novellen, Furnestock and Lorraine, Baron of Renzfeld, Protector of the Heartlanders, Orenian Highlanders, and Farfolk, etcetera

HER IMPERIAL MAJESTY, Anastasia I, Holy Orenian Empress, forever August, Queen of Renatus, Curon, Kaedrin, Salvus, and Seventis, Grand Duchess of Ves, Duchess of Helena, Novellen, Furnestock and Lorraine, Baroness of Renzfeld, Protector of the Heartlanders, Orenian Highlanders, and Farfolk, etcetera
