Victoria walked along the shore line, feet in the sea as she looked over it. The smell of the sea air, a cane held in a very old wrinkled hand. Looking over the ocean to the sun with a warm smile. She was old, she lost count at 101. She outlived her husband, children, and even some of her grandchildren and great grandchild. Estranged from the family she married into since her father in-law passed. She married too fast, and had many regrets. Such as not being there more for her children, also not beating more people over head with her cane. She moved from place to place with her daughter-law Anna, even taking on some of her style. She however, lived a very peaceful life. Despite all the war that went on.

 

A shawl over her shoulders. “Who would think a shawl would suit this old woman like it did, boots too.” She let out a small chuckle.

 

“My bones are killing me Johan” she said out loud to herself. As she held her back to strain herself out. “Who knows tonight might be the night I see you all again!” she said as she started to walk back to her home, a thing she said often.

 

Later in the night she passed a note to Anna “If I don’t wake up, open it” giving Anna one of her nightly hugs.

 

As morning came, Victoria Adelheid de Balain d’Artkent had passed in her sleep.

The note given read

 

“Thank you for caring for me all these years Anna. You have shown me a kindness I can never repay. The bottle of booze I’ve had since Maisie’s passing is yours. As for my family rings, do what you wish with them. As I’ve grown to my old age, I just kept them around for the memories. The ring Peter gave as a reminder to be kind. Alexander’s ring was a reminder to beat him with a stick when I got up to the seven skies if he was even there. I’ll make sure to give Caspian your love, and a hug from you last night to him. I’ll also make sure to toss Peter Alexander into a river a few times if they have them up here… As for my cane. Please give it back to the Vuiller family, it was theirs to start with and it should be returned. You were my third daughter and the only one in the family who gave me a chance. I love you dear Anna, never change. - Love Toria”

Once in the seven skies, she hugged all her children. Hoping they would forgive her for not being there like she should have been, and also like promised. Giving an extra special hug to Caspian and if allowed, tossed Peter Alexander into a river you know what you did. Lastly she went over to Johan and dip kissed him. “You shouldn’t have left me down there!”

I didn’t play her much sadly however the times I did play her was very peaceful, It felt like it was her time at 105. This is also my first PK post.

 

When I was asked to play her, I was looking for something new to do at the time. It felt like a good opportunity to get out of the rut I was in at the time. However life didn’t play out that way and I kept getting gut punched by life. I always got on her when I asked to.

 At one point someone even asked me to switch persona’s with them because Victoria was going to be a duchess and I wasn’t on much to take the responsibility. I wasn’t told anything about it, I guess I should have read the job description when she was tossed into my arms.

I had grown attached to her, but I know why I did. However that’s for me to know and later down the line for you to find out.

Anna Mariya had just left Victoria to rest for the night. These past ten or so years haven't been kind on the pair, moving from place to place to find some peace and quiet. Even now she worried for her aging mother-in-law, one of the last pieces she had of when her life was more together. So when she went that next morning to wake Victoria for tea and some food, it wasn't too much of a surprise to Anna to find Victoria had passed on. She won't lie and say it doesn't hurt, it does still, but there is a part of her that is relieved Victoria gets to finally be with her family.

"I'm glad you went peacefully. Do take care up there, I know you'll be causing mayhem when you do, but if you could, tell him eja for me and that I may be there soon." She uttered a small prayer for Victoria before dawning her mourning attire once more, and setting off to arrange a funeral.

As she entered the Seven skies, Johan would open his arms towards her, the man wrapping her into his embrace as a chuckle left him "We never did get to go on that date in the park.." the towering Holy Sir had a massive grin on his face as he looked down to her "I did niet wish to leave vy down there... Neither did I wish to leave vy.. and the children, but my time had come" he brushed his hand though her hair, looking to her golden locks "But now Victoria, now we have forever"
