The sixth race of the season, the first of the vassal tour that’s going to be the conclusion of this year’s Championship, and this race did certainly provide, with a few new point scorers today, and a brand new championship leader, both in the Racers’ and the Constructors’ Championships!

 

It was a pole position for Snuncan Snaruch today, a first for him and Margot Baruch, but once again it seems that the pole sitter is cursed to not finish a race as it stands! Snailbastian Snettel started second for a third consecutive time, and Snickelsen lined up third, though raced by Adele Ludovar on this occasion.

 

It was a disastrous start from Shmichael Shellmacher and Snorlando Snorris, as the former stalled during the start, with the latter ramming them, and taking them both out before the race had even gotten properly started!

 

No safety snails were deployed today, as the safety snails were not certified to partake in aquatic races (neither were any of the other snails, might we note). A few other incidents would happen during the race, seeing the likes of pole sitter Snaruch crash out, as well as Snark Snailber, Chicky Chick, Marshella Escargeux, and Snairlwind. 

 

It was a second race victory for Snickelsen today, despite being raced by a stranger! With the rest of the podium being Snoll and Baruch. Rhys Ruthern’s Skidmarks would also finish the race, awarding them their first points. Snaile Earnhardt Jr, Shellita S’Cargo, and Snailbastian Snettel would round off today’s finishers, the three of them being regular point scorers as of late!

 

As it stands, the Racers’ Championship Standings are as follows:

1st - Adrian Colborn and Snickelsen - 60 points.

2nd - Emma Bihar and Snailman - 51 points.

3rd - Amadea Bihar and Snance Snoll - 51 points.

4th - Erika Barclay and Snaile Earnhardt Jr. - 50 points.

5th - Margrait Ruthern and Shellita S’cargo - 43 points.

6th - Matyas Ludovar and Snailbastian Snettel - 34 points.

7th - Karl Bihar and Snorlando Snorris - 28 points.

8th - Grigori Vyronov and Body Odour - 25 points.

9th - Dorothea Bihar and Marshella Escargeux - 25 points.

10th - Isa Basrid and Ricky Bobby - 24 points.

11th - Rudolf Vyronov and Snairlwind - 20 points.

12th - Esmée Kortrevich and Chicky Chick - 18 points.

13th - Maric Baruch and Shmichael Shellmacher - 18 points.

14th - Sorina Luceafaru and Snailium the Great Jr. - 15 points.
