Glory be to Allah, The Most Merciful and Most Beneficent.

Word has come to us, That our Neighbors of the Southern continent have made a summit to discuss the matters of the Southern Continent, inviting everyone, but, The Sheikhdom. The People who lived within the Southern Continent long before these many new neighbors. Though these matters can easily be mistaken as a simple forgetfulness to invite us. The issue is the fact that there was not a single mention in your Summit of the Sandstorm that lasted seven years. Seven whole years. A sandstorm that would take the Capital of the Southern Continent to complete ruin, in which thousands died, an oasis which spurred generations, and a massive landmark of the south destroyed.

Nor the fact that none of our Neighbor nations had the heart to even recognize this great tragedy. It hurts us more to find that you all were aware but took no action to even attempt to bring it to an end, or provide aid after the fact. Rather, you are concerned about another bunch, which had migrated to colonize our homeland, much like yourselves. To even state that the Honorable people of the Lectorate, those far in the north, made efforts to aid us, and not a single neighbor of this South continent.

News reached us about discussing dividing up a land of our heritage. Had we not allowed you when you came to the south to settle freely? Had we not openly welcomed you? For the Land belongs to God Almighty and that it is the very basic right of the descendants to use a land within reason and respect to one another.

Though with all of this, I find myself writing even though my people are hurt by the actions of our neighbors not written here. I write the following: May you find Peace. May you find Stability. We give you the benefit of the doubt. We give forgiveness though we may not forget, we forgive.

God Willing at the next summit, we shall come and sit amongst our neighbors, with all honors deserving. Though we will not be voted in. We will not be voted in to discuss the future of our home which we had welcomed you all into so long ago. It is our home, and God willing, we will not be outsiders to the very land we grew and invited all to, while colonizers decide we are not native to the land we were born to.

To the nations within the summit, had we issue if you moved into our land, we would have certainly ensured you had not moved in. You are indeed most welcome in the Southern Continent, and we respect each and every one of you. We expect the same respect and dignity.

To my people, to my sons and daughters: No matter what the world may do, we are sons and daughters of mighty heroes. Heroes at which cowards shudder at their names. Heroes such as Khawla, Auda Al-Mahdi, Faiz Kharadeen, Ibraheem Aladeen, Menev, Saqr Al-Hamad, Antar, Ameen, Khalid Ibn Mahmoud and Ashur ibn Mahmoud, Uthman, Ashruf, Amin, Khalid Al-Nabeel. Our land is indeed a land of security and dignity, a land fertile of many honors and braves. Our people established the justice we all know today. Our people invented the basics of what the world lives on to this day. Indeed we are a nation of honors and dignity.

Some of you had expressed feelings of pain. Pain of what the world has caused us. Should we become refugees once more? Thrown and shunned to the wind as the world decides our fate? No, for even if the sun turned to Ash, and the Moon to dust, our hearts beat with dignity. Our Ummah still breathes, and even if the world shall turn its back against us, there is no one in the world we need besides Allah Almighty.

It is our home, and though I doubt the world will go upon the actions you all have suggested, we will not be affected by it. For have we not already been thrown and cast aside, had they not already stolen all that we owned, while we starved? We have rebuilt our home, and rebuilt our dignity, and no one can take it from you besides Almighty God. So be at ease.

Glory be to Allah alone.

From Grand Imam Sheikh ‘Abu Bakr’ Naric Ibn Idris Ibn Zarkan Ibn Ibraheem Ibn Bashar ibn Abbas Ibn Abdullah Ibn Auda ‘Al-Mahdi’ Ibn Fakhri Ibn Arlen Ibn ‘Al-Caliph’ Faiz Kharadeen, Sheikh and Founder of the Rashidun Sheikhdom and the Village of Saqr. Sheikh of the Banu Samid.

A lean Qali hiding under a cliffside in the savanna from the beating sun would look up to the sky and wonder why these Heartlanders and Highlanders believe themselves so mighty they can dictate the land given to the children of the Prophet Owyn. This was the land of the Farfolk.
