Fellow Diraar,

 

after the undead attack on our city many citizens are still cursed. They have an intense longing for the meat of people. If you meet such a person - detain them and lock them away in our corners below the keep. Try to use as little as force as necessary. We will be finding a solution for the problem together.

 

Currently, a red-haired 'aheral named Ambrosine is locked in our quarters. She is chained inside her room, the door is locked and I've put our heaviest desk in front of her door. Treat her well, but proceed with caution. Though she has not ill intention, one of the undead demons posseses her head and takes control sometimes. Do ne let her out, unless she is chained - in that case you may go on a walk with her.

 

The same treatment is to be applied to all others affected by the curse.

Regarding guard behaviour; treatment of criminals and minor offenses

 

Fellow guards,

 

it has come to my attention that several minor offenses have been handles poorly. Violent citizens are to be detained with the least amount of force possible and disarmed. The court will decide in most cases.

 

The primary goal is to save life in all cases, even that of criminals.

We have been tasked with helping to protect the Adunians that are fleeing Norland. They will be joining us as citizens at risk. As such they are to be protected and treated just as any citizen as they make their homes with us and join our ranks as citizens.

A bloodied and distressed dark elf from Nor'asoth rushed into the square asking for help in detaining her sister Morgana Ri'karth, said to only go by Morgana. She said Morgana has used blood magic on her and several officials in Nor'asoth. The elf provided two sketches of the suspected dark elf in question, to which I have attached. She specified that she has golden eyes. Stay safe out there.
