B.A During my many years now, we have seen our Kingdom rise from a Duchy, we have seen changes in the former Royal Chambers, a few people entering and leaving our courts. Thus with the enduring progress of Balian I, Sir Rev Vuiller the Seneschal of Balian hereby summon and invite the public to a state of the Kingdom’s address that shall be held in one saint week's time.
