Receding from the Moot

A simple missive is placed on Doors of Nor'asath.

The High Council of Nor'asath has decided due to the pact made with the Shamanic moot, not being upheld. The Moot, not staying away from the political affairs of Nor'asath. Claiming to know the Will of Mother Moon, and treating Nor'asath a Religious Vassal.

Nor'asath will no longer be considering itself apart of this moot. And will continue to operate as it did, before and after.

To further denounce claims aimed toward the Ashen State. The Ashen State knowingly kept Dal'lisse Oussanna and Alviss  during their time as voidal magi. And made constant attempts to get them to forsake it.

The Moot was successful in the voidal purging of Alviss . And both Dal'lisse Oussanna walk the path of Shamanism.

Nor'asath will not be pushed around. By any Mali, nor any Uruk. If the Moot attempts to claim violence than pursue reconnection through diplomatic channels, these attacks will be met with Ire.

The Maehr Bend The Knee To None.

Signed, Unanimously.

The Council of Nor'asath

Kor'garr the Clanless, Skriptgoth, yells out from his tower in frustration as he hears of this for the first time. The grey orc is seething with anger, eyes flickering as he marches out towards the parapets of San'Velku's front gates. The crumpled missive rasps from the stress of his pale-knuckled, pallid fist tightening in barely restrained fury.

"AL-UK YAR, LAT ZKAHKYNG IDJIT!"

After several minutes of harshly beating upon a training dummy, the grey orc returns to his writing desk with a drawn out sigh. Kor'garr grumbles while pulling out a replacement quill and a fresh bottle of jungle inks. Apparently he is the only living member of Krug's kind to know what Diplomacy is...

Alviss stared at the missive, pausing as soon as he read his name as Alviss Moryvan and went to go on a rant to a certain Primarch about why his name was labeled as such, an angry dwarven scream being heard throughout Nor'asath saying

"NETSEEEEEETH"

(edit:) Few minutes later yet another angry roar echoed throughout the city as the dwarf was re-directed to the person who actually wrote the missive

"QUDLIAAAAAAAHHHHHH WHERE IN ANEH GOD OR SPIRITS NAME ARE YE!"

Dal'Lisse silently hopes to herself she can still get access to her favorite newspaper after this.

A trail of smoke follows the Hobgoblin as he makes his way to Nor'Asath, for there was a fiery work to be done- correcting the actions of his kin.

While greatly stressed, the Scriptgoth has no plans to discontinue the Kaktuz Weekli.
