Hiring Gaurds for Fort Silvermoor

I have built Fort which I call Fort Silvermoor that I am looking to hire some guards for. Gaurds Get room at the Barracks(I can lock chests for those who can't), weapons, armor, food, and cheap Ale(while off duty of course). Guards will also be payed 250 mina a week. I only make enough right now to afford 4 guards. Guards will perform duties such as gate duty(yes i know its boring but some one has to look after them), Making sure no one vadalises property, keeping it safe from any sort of attackers. Im a Oren Guard, I would say Im very good at my job, Fought in several undead battles, fought in many bandit and other villian battles, can usally talk people out of trouble, and if your pay is right and the working conditions are good, I may be intrested, PM the details.
