Land-Lease for the Fishing Guild of Almaris

The Grand Kingdom of Urguan agrees to lease a portion land of the land of the Urguani bay to the International Fishing Guild of Aevos, headed by Slith Cobbet  under the following conditions:

 

Article I - Payment

1. International Fishing Guild of Almaris will pay the Grand Kingdom of Urguan a downpayment of 300 Mina, and a yearly tax of  100 Mina.

2. Should these payments not be met, The Grand Kingdom of Urguan retains full rights to evict the properties.

 

Article II - Land Occupation

1. The International Fishing Guild of Almaris shall occupy a small plot of land to the left of the language on the other side of the Urguani Bay

2. Should the area at which they occupy land exceed the stipulated borders, then The Grand Kingdom of Urguan retains full rights to evict the land.

 

Article III - Land Use

1. The land provided can be used for natural industries and personal residences.

2. The Legion reserves the right to use any built docks to moor its ships.

3. The land cannot be used to host foreign or hostile militaries.

4. While living upon the lands of The Grand Kingdom of Urguan, the tenants will be subjected to Urguani law.

5. Construction must match traditional dwarven architecture.

6. Should these rules be violated then The Grand Kingdom of Urguan retains full rights to evict the land.

 

Article IV- Conditions

1. This contract can be subject to reevaluation within one stone month by the Grand King and Grand Steward.

An elder cackles with delight upon reading the words Land-Lease. "Finally, a steward on da Obsidian Throne! May he surpass me 'n' Levian's mina schemes!" the elder Norli cries with hope, reminiscing how the total reformation of Urguani Tax Law originally titled Land-Lease that led to the peak of dwarven wealth and prosperity for Almaris.
